Your role

• Ensure all market data checks during the assigned shift are completed without fail.
• Escalate issues requiring Engineering or Product Development involvement.
• Work with TL, Manager, and Content management on content projects, documenting findings and providing background analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive content workflow testing and further QA with assistance as required.
• Takes ownership of test plans for content sets.
• Has a close working partnership with engineering and Content management.
• Confidently identifies issues and takes responsibility for resolution and/or escalation.
• Consistently delivers weekly/monthly reports to direct supervisor.
• Uses in-house tools to track personal performance and project process (Twiki, RPD, etc.).

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business Management / Finance / Accounting / Economics and equivalent courses.
• Interest in Global Stock Exchanges, Investing, and Equity Trading.
• Outstanding time management, prioritization, and independence as well as a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable in dealing with and analyzing large datasets.
• Flexible, and willing to learn technical terminologies/processes.
• Excellent communication/comprehension skills both verbal and written.
