Your role

• Curate sales opportunities across all FactSet’s PLC applications
• Discuss with clients FactSet’s hosting features across the PLC applications
• Communicate and report opportunity developments to engineering teams
• Collect client specifications within agreed solution capabilities
• Generate custom client quotations and SLAs
• Create new and retrospective client architecture diagrams
• Create and follow business process documentation to close opportunities and onboard clients
• Maintain internal and client facing documentation for FactSet’s core and hosting products
• Engage in ad-hoc project work

About you

• Comfortable working independently
• Able to read and interpret technical documentation
• Business-level written and verbal English communication skills
• Good understanding of AWS public cloud
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
