Your role

• To provide exceptional quality technical support for FactSet Systems end-user infrastructure, regardless of location. 
• Ensure the smooth Functioning of Various IT / Systems related Processes.
• Attending/resolving the issues about IT / Systems as per CSS SLA.

About you

• Preferably Bachelor's Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, IT,or related courses. However, exceptional candidates who do not meet this criterion may be considered, provided they have the necessary skills and experience
• 3 - 5 Years of work experience in Windows desktop / Server operating systems.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Troubleshooting OS-related issues.
• Active Directory support – Level 1.
• Troubleshooting Software/ Hardware-related Issues.
• Good knowledge of hardware peripherals / Printer configurations / Laptops / Software / VPN / Video conferencing.
• Good Experience / Knowledge of Basic Networking, Citrix, WVD, and MS Products.
• Willing to work in McKinley Hill Taguig City.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule to help provide 24/7 support.
