Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Although I am mainly in recruitment, I am also the go-to person in our team for anything relating to publication materials/marketing things/etc. that are minor enough for us not to coordinate with the marketing group. Part of our job is retention too, so I usually make visuals for our events/activities. I even make lay-outs of shirts, jerseys, certificates, trophies, and medals.
Training is Fun! - Leading in the creation and management of various learning and development activities for the sales team.
I am doing training, so it is kind of a routinary work but I enjoy it.
