It is seamless and we do virtual interviews first thing before the face-to-face interview.

I don't really remember. I only recall the following: (I'm being hired for recruitment and I was a fresh graduate) - Have you had previous experience relating to recruitment? - How are you in big events?

Experience, skills and expertise, getting-to-know questions.

It is more of situational questions about training and me.

Their budgets and hearts (especially if you'll be working with difficult people often).

A good grasp of the real estate industry would be a great help as well as some knowledge of the company's property portfolio.

They should review the company profile first and make sure that it aligns to their goals.
