What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?

Good benefits (14th & 15th month) but low pay. Two years into the company this September and my pay has barely increased.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.

We are having 15th month pay, company bonus (depends on the sales production), medical allowance and uniform allowance.
