- Assist with general office administration
- Assist in filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents.
- Help with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including booking conference rooms and preparing necessary materials.
- Provide support in preparing presentations, reports, and other office documentation.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining office databases or spreadsheets.
- Help coordinate office events, meetings, and activities.
- Support staff with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
