As a start I was given small tasks and as time passes videos and formal f2f tutorials had been accommodating and was useful to my growth and knowledge inside the company, and guidance as process goes had been very useful.

Additionally, we have stress management workshops, which equip employees with techniques to handle pressure and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Through these programs, I have gained valuable technical skills such as data validation, system navigation, and report generation, while also improving my ability to manage stress and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Really informative training and useful for day to day. (Red Cross training, 5S Training and etc.)

The best thing I like the company is their training every month, they have specific trainings for the employee's improvement and upskilling. I once participated on business communication training which helps me a lot since our work includes communicating with other departments.

There are a lot of programs provided to newly hired employees and even tenure employees. This includes orientations about the company and its policies, safety and health orientations, quality management orientations, career development seminars, and a whole lot more.
