I work for 8 hours and 30 minutes from Monday to Thursday and 8 hours for Friday. The company working hours depends on the shift of the employee. Still it is okay since I can still spend time with my family after work.

I work from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, which is a fair schedule, but it's not very flexible. While the hours are fine, having a bit more flexibility could help with managing personal commitments and work tasks better. I think a hybrid setup, where we could work both in the office and from home, would boost productivity. It would reduce the stress of commuting and give us more control over our time, making it easier to stay focused and get things done
