Your role

  • Communicates with internal and external users and gathers business requirements by conducting meetings and interviews.
  • Creates and/or reviews user manuals and related documentation, and ensures documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience.
  • Provide analysis and troubleshooting support for business applications related to Payroll and HR Systems.
  • Adheres to the appropriate project management disciplines and executes testing plans for assigned projects.
  • Provides comprehensive support, consulting, and direction to help analyze and/or solve business needs.
