Your role
- Communicates with internal and external users and gathers business requirements by conducting meetings and interviews.
- Creates and/or reviews user manuals and related documentation, and ensures documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience.
- Provide analysis and troubleshooting support for business applications related to Payroll and HR Systems.
- Adheres to the appropriate project management disciplines and executes testing plans for assigned projects.
- Provides comprehensive support, consulting, and direction to help analyze and/or solve business needs.

About you
- Must have a strong understanding of SQL concepts, visual basic (VBA), and macro programming.
