About Golden Arches Development Corporation
Golden Arches Development Corporation (“GADC”) is a domestic corporation engaged in the operations and franchising of quick service restaurant business under the McDonald’s brand in the Philippines.
Your role & responsibilities
- Attends to payroll-related requests or concerns of employees and partner organizations; accommodates daily payroll inquiries on the government loan process, application, requirements, and status.
- Assists in the processing DOLE's requirements for employment bridging programs and coordinates with partner organizations for payroll-related transactions
- Handle inquiries and administrative works, maintain files and documentation of submitted requirements
- Submits timely reports and prepares billings for monthly monitoring tranches and reconciles stipend with the Accounting Department

- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and regulations
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Payforce)
