About Golden Arches Development Corporation

Golden Arches Development Corporation (“GADC”) is a domestic corporation engaged in the operations and franchising of quick service restaurant business under the McDonald’s brand in the Philippines. 

Your role & responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely submission of SPES reports to DOLE, including placement reports and GSIS requirements
  • Process SPES payroll accurately and promptly, monitor and maintain records related to the SPES program, and prepare comprehensive reports covering SPES hires, hours utilization, and other relevant metrics.
  • Oversee the management of SPES uniforms, including monitoring, processing requests, and distribution
  • Provide relevant reports for the SPES program

About you

  • Mcdonald's PH is on a Hybrid Work from Home (Hybrid WFH) set-up
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related course
  • Familiarity with payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities would be beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both oral and written
  • With exceptional attention to detail and capable of working with minimal supervision
