Your role

The Spanish-Speaking Recruitment Coordinator is an administrative role responsible for scheduling, and coordinating interviews including travel, extending offers, generating offer letters, making welcome calls to all applicants prior to their scheduled start date, background variance resolution, data entry, and internal/external reporting. The Recruitment Coordinator will work with the recruitment team members and third-party vendors to ensure that all applicants have been processed accurately and expediently.

Company culture

The workplace culture at IBM may vary from one location to another. For instance, some insiders described the Bangalore office as more professional than in Pune.

About you

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English languages
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• 1+ year experience in recruitment administration (scheduling of interviews, onboarding, offers) and candidate selection process
• At least 6 months of experience in Human Resources and/or Staffing
• Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience is a plus
• Must be willing to work in UP-Ayala Technohub or Eastwood, Quezon City
• Must be willing to work in the US (night shift) and EU (mid-shift)
