Your role

• Good working knowledge of Accounting concepts, specifically Accounts Payable (AP)
• Good understanding of Accounting Concepts/ Accounts Payable Accounting
• Understanding of payments process and commissions manual calculations
• Ability to manage the volume of accounts and work independently.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Able to work with clients to resolve inquiries or system errors.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, results-oriented
• Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and troubleshooting skills
• Good relationship-building skills and should be a Team Player

Training & development

Training programs can be created independently or with a learning administration system, with the goal of employee long-term development. Common training practices include orientations, classroom lectures, case studies, role-playing, simulations, and computer-based training, including e-learning.

Work life balance
