Responsibilities
Activities may include but are not limited to contract audit and registration, financial forecasting, billing reconciliation, disputes resolution and end-to end transactions in mid-level complexity. In addition, people in this specialty are responsible for accurately handling processing/transaction requirements, escalations and promoting client satisfaction. This role may require leading conference calls with stakeholders and aligned functions as necessary to solve operational challenges.
Requirements
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong business writing and communication skills
- Analyze trends and root causes
- Establish strong professional relationship with our stakeholders and aligned functions
- Ability to process information with high level of accuracy and speed
