Responsibilities

• For order fulfillment transactions and full buyer purchase order placement, resolution of blocked invoices as well as receive help requests from internal clients and suppliers.
• Reviewing and understanding requisition requirements, working efficiently with requester/client to ensure the issuance of accurate
• Purchasing Orders to suppliers.
• Processing Purchase Orders as per documented procedures, within the established turn–around time.
• Triggering an effective execution of the sourcing process as required, according to the value of the purchasing transaction, through an adequate use of the available IBM and/or SAP tools and procedures.
• Ensuring audit readiness of all purchasing documents at all times.
• Expedite Orders and returns upon requests.
• Processing requests for new suppliers set–up as needed.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Spanish
Amenable to work on a client based schedule (Day, Mid, Night)
Basic computer and internet navigation skills
