Responsibilities

This specialty requires Quote to Cash (Q2C) process knowledge in order to perform supply and demand management transactions across the extended enterprise. Activities may include but are not limited to contract audit and registration, order, billing, disputes resolution and end-to end transactions in medium-high level complexity. In addition, people in this specialty are responsible for accurately handling processing/transaction requirements, promoting client satisfaction and sales productivity. This role may require leading conference calls with stakeholders and aligned functions as necessary to solve operational challenges.

Part of this role is to participate in squad’s metric review and support the implementation of the team’s performance improvement opportunities but will remain responsible for their own individual metrics. They also execute defined fulfillment processes, in line with business controls and meet business objectives, and order to cash integration.

  • Negotiation skills: Engaged as an independent professional. Ability to articulate and compare alternative approaches and negotiate with specified objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Recognize problems related to project objectives. Creativity and judgment applied to professional technical, or operational problems. Independently generates solutions, based on analytical skills & business knowledge.
  • Contribution/Leadership Skills: Works on projects or manages routine operational activities. Understands departmental mission and vision. Provides advice in operational domain of specialization. Generally controls own work priorities and methods requiring tradeoffs.
  • Client Relationship Management skills: Contributes by supporting activities that are subject to business measurements and impact customer satisfaction
  • Fluent in English

Requirements

  • Passion for quality and ownership in accomplishing challenging goals.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) – confident in communicating and influencing people.
  • Administrative, Sales support professional experienced working in fast-paced environment, demanding strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and leverage capabilities to meet client and business requirements, develop plans, schedules, and milestones for deliverables and has a good priority setting and time management skills.
  • Good operational knowledge – can understand business measurements and operational systems put in place to monitor and track operational performance. 
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and can work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn new skills in response to project and customer requirements
  • Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy and speed
  • Quote to Cash Process and Tools, specifically iERP knowledge is a plus
