The company was founded by Andrew Tan and incorporated under Philippine law on August 24, 1989, to engage in the development, leasing, and marketing of real estate. The Company initially established a reputation for building high-end residential condominiums and commercial properties located in convenient urban locations with easy access to offices as well as leisure and entertainment amenities in Metro Manila. Beginning in 1996, in response to demand for the lifestyle convenience of having quality residences near office and leisure facilities, the Company began to focus on the development of mixed-use communities, primarily for the middle-income market, by commencing the development of its Eastwood City community township. In addition, the Company engages in other property-related activities such as project design, construction oversight, and property management. 

Your Role

• Handling of units for turnover, negotiation with contractors, and coordination with internal and external groups.
• Handle sales and coordinate transition and delivery of their products and services.
• Build coordination with internal teams to develop new sales and marketing strategies.
• Consult with senior management to discuss innovation or development in existing products and services to meet the market demand.
• Create marketing plans to promote the products and services of the organization.
• Get contacts of potential customers via cold calling, emailing, and internet search.
• Identify and qualify new customers as per the company's policies and business model.
• Coordinate appointments, calls, and meetings between senior management and customers for discussing new opportunities and for business expansions.
• Conduct meetings with internal teams and customers to discuss project development and delivery stages.
• Maintain and regularly update the customer database, such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses.
• Support the business development team in creating a business model, project budget, scope of work document, and business plan.
• Assist leadership in contract development, handle negotiations, and perform due diligence.
• Ensure internal teams deliver projects with high customer satisfaction.
• Work with teams to achieve the quarterly or yearly targeted revenue.

Compensation and Benefits

Previous interns said that they earned between Php2,000 and Php12,000 per month while they worked at Megaworld Corporation. The actual compensation will depend on an intern’s role. For instance, design internships may pay more than an internship in human resources.

Entry-level employees like leasing assistants earn between Php18,000 and Php20,000 per month. Accounting analysts may also earn up to Php20,000 per month.
