Your role

Contribute to the success of the assigned E2E service by exceptionally delivering the function's KPI and SLA while using the language assigned. Serve as a language expert.

  • Learn and work on execution of PDP objectives and E2E plans in line with NBS Centre strategy.
  • To execute accurately and timely daily activities and functions as provided by the E2E assignment using the expected language expertise
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible;
  • Execute identified business and internal controls 
  • Execute PDP plan created in cooperation with the Line Manager
  • Analyze and check KPIs on quality of services provided and present during DORs; 
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards in all executed activities.

Training, development & rotations

The 2-year program begins with intensive exposure across various facets of the business, where CMTs are provided classroom and immersive learning experiences. This is intended for CMTs to understand and experience how the Nestlé Purpose and Values are brought to life.

Equipped with a holistic view of the business, as well as the interrelationships between different functions across the entire value chain – CMTs are then provided the unique opportunity to build strong foundations in their functional tracks. They immerse in their chosen track, taking on targeted roles and working on actual business challenges where they are expected to deliver strong business results.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business related field course
  • Can effectively communicate in English and Japanese in a business setting
  • 1+ experience in any accounts receivable
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • With working knowledge in SAP or MS Applications
  • Has a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry and analysis
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solid business results.
  • Willing to adjust shift schedule as demanded by the business

I am an intern under Bonna's Brand Management team. Listed below are my day-to-day responsibilities. - I lead the creation of Bonna's Value and Volume Share charts for the team to analyze, creating 91 charts every month based on the Nielsen data provided. - I coordinate the review of BPS 3+ and Bonina's KOL activations, reviewing the materials, sharing them with my team for their review, then reverting back to our partner agency GOAT. - I track Bonna's website, Shopee page, and Lazada page and coordinate with the Parenteam Team and Digital Transformation Team on what needs to be updated given Bonna's recent campaign. - Social listening for Bonina and its competitors - I created the brief and manned the follow through for the internal launch of BPS 3+ new packaging/formulation - I participated in the creation and presentation of an agency (Digitas) brief on Bonina's CRM efforts. - I organize the procurement of premium products (nursing pillow, nursing cover) for Ebiz activations of Bonina (ex. coordinate with supplier, review the samples) - I organize and track the distribution of BPS 3+ premium items to various channels (Ebiz, Pharma Assist, Enchanted Kingdom event, etc.)
