Nestle highlights the need for sustainability in a greener future with projects leaning to elimination of the use of plastics, using electric vehicles, etc.

Working on innovating products to be more healthy or sustainable (packaging)

We have tree planting initiatives and proper waste segregation practices. Although I would like to join more CSR initiatives by NBS. As I am aware, Nestle as a brand is king when it comes to CSR.

Some initiatives include tree planting, trash cleaning, brigada eskwela.

I have not participated in any project yet since I'm new but from what I know, they have tree planting initiatives, a Brigada Eskwela (helping a local school clean and get ready for a school year) among others.

Outstanding

I do not feel this too much; although, it is always emphasized that the core of the company is "Good Food, Good Life" and to "Be a Force for Good". I feel like they could help me take part in this even more, especially if they have other initiatives and advocacies.

Although there are many CSR projects and/or initiatives in place, there is so much more room for growth.

I appreciate that the company support certain causes like supporting farmers, sustainability, etc.

I love the following initiatives: SWM Modules, Wellness Campus, Renewable Electricity with all factories, Plastic Neutrality, Coastal Cleanup, Project Kasambuhay Forest, and its other communications.

In our department, they focus more on sustainable packaging and using recycled materials for milk boxes.

I know that the company has CSR projects like tree planting. The company is also committed to creating shared value, because the goal is to uplift the lives of the communities around the company (e.g. farmers).

The company has CSR initiatives all year round such as beach cleanup drives and tree planting initiatives.
