Diversity at Nestle Philippines

So far, I haven't seen anyone get discriminated for their gender. The people here are very open.

Our company is very supportive in these causes.

Nestle respects all people of genders and backgrounds, and put priority to women in child-care and maternity care.

Company has a dedicated DE&I team. They also allow employees to bring their children to the office.

They are extremely commited.

The company is a very safe space for person of any gender, color, and ethnicity. They try to recruit diversely.

We have our own designated team that innovates and promotes diversity and inclusive projects for the company. For our Technical Management Trainees, we specifically hire women only to have more of them in the workforce.

We recently celebrated NBS' achievement of being a Great Place to work workplace. The LGBTIQA+ community is thriving and well supported. Respect is one of the most important values highlighted by the company.

I can tell that there is diversity in our company. Regardless of gender, ethnicity, gender orientation, etc. anyone can work in our company if they have what it takes to. As for issues like recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc., these issues are taken seriously.

Since I provide support in DEI initiatives, I would say that the company is committed to it. However, the engagement from employees can be sometimes difficult to attain.

There are many initiatives for different demographics and strict policy against discrimination.

Our company joins and creates their own initiative to show their commitment to diversity. It is also visible in the application process as people are not judged by who they choose to be. The company also offers daycare services for children and a paid extended maternity leave which is a few weeks longer than the mandated one.

I am not much exposed to these concerns in the company. However, I do see employees taking their leave.
