So far, I haven't seen anyone get discriminated for their gender. The people here are very open.

I can tell that there is diversity in our company. Regardless of gender, ethnicity, gender orientation, etc. anyone can work in our company if they have what it takes to. As for issues like recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc., these issues are taken seriously.

Since I provide support in DEI initiatives, I would say that the company is committed to it. However, the engagement from employees can be sometimes difficult to attain.

Our company joins and creates their own initiative to show their commitment to diversity. It is also visible in the application process as people are not judged by who they choose to be. The company also offers daycare services for children and a paid extended maternity leave which is a few weeks longer than the mandated one.
