As a capacity specialist, my responsibilities include not only assigning carrier to our deliveries but to make sure that our partners are well taken care of in terms of their concerns and to keep them engage. This is to make sure that we'll have their support.

I am an intern under Bonna's Brand Management team. Listed below are my day-to-day responsibilities. - I lead the creation of Bonna's Value and Volume Share charts for the team to analyze, creating 91 charts every month based on the Nielsen data provided. - I coordinate the review of BPS 3+ and Bonina's KOL activations, reviewing the materials, sharing them with my team for their review, then reverting back to our partner agency GOAT. - I track Bonna's website, Shopee page, and Lazada page and coordinate with the Parenteam Team and Digital Transformation Team on what needs to be updated given Bonna's recent campaign. - Social listening for Bonina and its competitors - I created the brief and manned the follow through for the internal launch of BPS 3+ new packaging/formulation - I participated in the creation and presentation of an agency (Digitas) brief on Bonina's CRM efforts. - I organize the procurement of premium products (nursing pillow, nursing cover) for Ebiz activations of Bonina (ex. coordinate with supplier, review the samples) - I organize and track the distribution of BPS 3+ premium items to various channels (Ebiz, Pharma Assist, Enchanted Kingdom event, etc.)

As a Brand Management intern, most of my responsibilities were centered on reviewing and approving KOLs content, product packaging and design for the brand as well as collaborating with agencies in planning commercials.

As an intern, I'm given a lot of responsibility in my role compared to previous internships which has granted me higher autonomy. I've been used to working in the creative side of marketing, but in brand management, my work has been more focused on strategy work and coordination.

I'm assigned to be a strategist for an ecommerce channel but since its still in pilot stage, i am currently doing many operational things.

Projects include sending out assessments, handling, cleaning, and organizing a database of applications from referrals and job fairs, improving employer branding items, spearheading the improvement of the company's incentive program, and other unique projects related to recruitment (e.g. ambassador program, Prosple survey, automation of forms).

As a Management Trainee I am tasked to learn all if not most of what's going on in my department as I am literally trained to become a people manager when I finish the program. As of the moment, the goal is to be exposed with the different teams, markets and processes present in the department with the objective of looking for improvements as it is one of the asks in the program.

As a Transport Optimizer, I am responsible for the load planning process of orders from our customers. I manage the available fleet for the distribution center I handle and make decisions that will help the company fulfill customer orders as well as save costs.

My everyday responsibilities include supporting my manager in their tasks. I give feedback on visual and written content, follow-up on data/documents that are needed, and conceptualize pitches for possible content/promotions.

My role is something I never really imagine me doing but nonetheless, I like the pressure placed on me to work hard for the role. Some responsibilities I go in blindly and feel useless in topics discussed in meetings because I like experience

My day-to-day responsibilities require a lot of understanding. It is a bit fast-paced, and we have to be observant of the improvements that we have to suggest.

As an Intern, I am assigned with different tasks that from different member of my team but also as an HR Intern, I do stuff also for other functions. These tasks can be administrative work or support in kick-off, trainings, DEI events, research work, etc.

As a management trainee, I am given tasks that I believe will help me develop skills that would be critical in being an effective leader in the future.

As a management trainee, I do not follow a specific daily schedule since I tend to move in between roles a lot. But mostly, my day-to-day responsibilities include accomplishing deliverables and lend operational support when needed.

I am a management trainee, so I have various stints throughout my career journey, but what makes me dissatisfied is that sometimes, it becomes extremely difficult to accomplish things because my stints are too short, and it becomes increasingly difficult to gain mastery on the position I am at.
