Please describe the interview process and assessments.
For an intern like me, I think it was okay. It didn't take long for me to be accepted at the company which I am grateful for.
Intern, Makati City - 20 Aug 2024
One thing I remembered, we had a de brief interview with my recruiter and It shows a lot how good the company and ow they handle their employees.
9 years working, Philippines - 01 Aug 2024
Interview process was very smooth, and the recruiters were very accommodating for any queries I had.
Graduate, Makati City - 30 Jul 2024
I do not necessarily fare well with the assessments; however, the interviews were approachable. I would not say I enjoyed the hiring process because of the lack of visibility on my application status. I would not receive correspondence at months at a time and was unsure whether I was still being considered.
Intern, Makati City - 30 Jul 2024
The hiring process was pretty fast compared to some other companies. My only issue is that there was no clear job description for internship openings.
Intern, Makati City - 26 Jul 2024
The interview process was fast, from the first interview to the last. The instructions given are also easy to understand.
Graduate, Makati City - 26 Jul 2024
The different stages and levels of the interview were thorough enough to assess if I am qualified for the role.
Graduate, Makati City - 25 Jul 2024
Phone call with HR Specialist - quick run-through of CV Interview with Line Manager - situational and personality questions Pre-onboarding items Onboarding
Intern, Philippines - 24 Jul 2024
My recruitment and hiring process was smooth, although I am not the biggest fan of recorded online interviews through hirevue. The second interview followed by the panel interview were definitely appropriate. HR contact persons were all very accommodating and quick to respond when it comes to queries, I've had regarding my hiring status and during my onboarding phase.
Graduate, Meycauayan - 23 Jul 2024
When I was interviewed for my current role, it was made out to be a 2-stage interview and the last part was the deliberation of my current bosses. The first interview is with human resources personnel and their goal is to gauge the interviewees background. The second interview is with the department's current managers and head. And the last part is the deliberation of said managers and head on who to choose amongst a pool of candidates.
Graduate, Makati City - 23 Jul 2024
After submitting my CV to the talent acquisition team, I had a call with the HR informing me of the available positions. This was followed by a meeting with the manager. I also took assessments for cognitive ability (math, language, pattern reasoning, finance) and personality.
Intern, Makati City - 23 Jul 2024
It is easily understood, and communication was clean
Intern, Makati City - 23 Jul 2024
The interview process and assessments were smooth and does not take much of our time.
Graduate, Manila - 22 Jul 2024
It takes a while and lacks updates/status
Intern, Makati City - 20 Jul 2024
It was fast and really followed a certain sequence.
Intern, Makati City - 20 Jul 2024
Friendly interviewers. Transparent expectations.
Graduate, Meycauayan - 19 Jul 2024
Before the interview, we were required to answer assessments, which I think measures mental capability. The interview process for my position was quick, three in a week, one with the talent acquisition specialist, one with the HRBP, and one with the stream lead. The results of each interview also came immediately after the deliberation.
Graduate, Bulacan - 19 Jul 2024
The training acquisition partner who handled my application was very accommodating. Process is fast and smooth. Shout out to Sir King Punzalan.
Graduate, Manila - 17 Jul 2024
They were all well-facilitated and relevant.
Graduate, Meycauayan - 16 Jul 2024
The assessments were appropriate and the instructions were clear. The interview process was lengthy, but okay overall. To avoid conflicts of interest, I suggest including more filtering questions specific to the job or internship the candidate is applying for.
Intern, Makati City - 10 Nov 2023

I was asked typical survey questions such as why I chose the company, what do I know about the role, what my strengths and weaknesses are and why me in general as the role only has 5 slots. I was also asked about my management style and leadership skills as it is heavily related to the position I was applying for.
Graduate, Meycauayan - 23 Jul 2024
The questions I were asked in my interviews were, but not limited to: 1) What is your background on transportation? 2) Do you have experience in transportation? 3) Are you willing to relocate because of work, should you be chosen for the role? Amongst other questions.

My experiences and how I see myself working in a environment like Nestle. Also talked about specific scenarios and how I handle it
Intern, Makati City - 23 Jul 2024
It focused more on my personality and skill. They are more interested in who you are as a person rather than what you have achieved. They also wanted us to elaborate on our experiences to better understand our capabilities.
Graduate, Manila - 22 Jul 2024
What fields/specific function do I want to pursue and what are my strengths that support my interests
Intern, Makati City - 20 Jul 2024

Intern, Makati - 10 Nov 2023
Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
I advice that they do their research on the department and brand they're interested in as it would help them make an impression to the senior manager.
Intern, Makati City - 20 Aug 2024
To know what specific role they're applying for and do not be afraid to ask questions.
9 years working, Philippines - 01 Aug 2024
Do a lot of research in the field you are entering at, and relate your previous work experience to the position you are applying for.
Graduate, Makati City - 30 Jul 2024
See how your previous roles can help you make the best candidate for the role you're applying to
Intern, Makati City - 26 Jul 2024
Show to the interviewee your true self because they value personality. Show them that you are the best fit even if the other candidates are experienced by showcasing how you built yourself to the person you are today. If you are also passionate about the job, everything will come naturally.
Graduate, Makati City - 26 Jul 2024
Know and understand the role they are applying for and filter how their current activities can be aligned to their aspired role.
Graduate, Makati City - 25 Jul 2024
Know yourself, your work ethic, and your CV wholeheartedly.
Intern, Philippines - 24 Jul 2024
I would recommend they have a background on accounting related courses or IT. Of course it depends on the role one is going for. Having SAP background will also be of great help as it is heavily utilized in NBS. It's good to have great self-awareness and being comfortable and knowledgeable about one's skills and capabilities. One should also be open to opportunities and growth.
Graduate, Meycauayan - 23 Jul 2024
I would advise them to listen to the human resources personnel's advises. They really helped me prepare on my interview.
Graduate, Makati City - 23 Jul 2024
I think the candidates should really study the values of the company and see what they can contribute to reach the goals of the company.
Graduate, Manila - 22 Jul 2024
Do not be afraid to voice out what you want to explore and learn because they are willing and commited to growth
Intern, Makati City - 20 Jul 2024
Bare minimum is to be familiar with the company itself. Some history, products, values, missions, etc. To be honest, the best way I can recommend for them to prepare is to take actual interviews in other companies. My previous interviews before Nestle helped me significantly become clearer in my answers and speak more confidently.
Graduate, Meycauayan - 19 Jul 2024
Always be prepared, best to check the values of the company and be aware how you align with it. Since Nestle's values are rooted in respect, best to list down scenarios in your life where you best displayed it despite being challenged to. Be yourself, it is much easier to answer their questions if you are relaxed.
Graduate, Bulacan - 19 Jul 2024
Always be honest with all your answers to the interviewer's questions and be at your best.
Graduate, Manila - 17 Jul 2024
Try to speak up especially when you feel there is something to say. Do not be afraid to direct feedback to your line managers, especially when you believe it is necessary and relevant.
Graduate, Meycauayan - 16 Jul 2024
I'd recommend to think of their organizational and school-related activities and focus on the times they are working with teams. The best way to prepare is to journal their experiences from one org and company to another so they have something to guide them when asked on specific details about an experience.
Intern, Makati - 10 Nov 2023
The best tip is to carefully review your resume and understand each bullet point. Consider what you did, when you did it, what you did well, what you could improve, and the impact of your work. Additionally, research common interview questions and practice answering them so you can respond confidently and concisely.
Intern, Makati City - 10 Nov 2023
The best way to prepare is to keep an open mind and to think with an open mind. You can never be prepared for everything so make sure to set your goals and objectives. What you want to get out of the internship as well as knowing what you can help and contribute with.
Intern, Makati City - 09 Nov 2023
I suggest that they research first regarding the culture and environment of Nestle before they apply
Intern, Makati - 09 Nov 2023
Do your prior research about the company and the department. Afterwards, just put your best foot forward and be sincere with your answers.
Intern, Makati - 08 Nov 2023
