What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Almost nothing is saved from my allowance as transportation and food is quite expensive. Especially during the weeks where I can't work remotely as we have onsite events/agendas
Intern, Makati City - 20 Aug 2024
I am fine with whatever the setup is now, but there will be another way to incentivize the employee, it will not only boost the morale of the people but will be motivated to do more in their role.
9 years working, Philippines - 01 Aug 2024
The pay and bonuses are satisfactory
Graduate, Makati City - 30 Jul 2024
Competitive pay for interns
Intern, Makati City - 26 Jul 2024
Extremely satisfied with the pay and bonuses.
Graduate, Makati City - 26 Jul 2024
Its enough to compensate me for the role.
Graduate, Makati City - 25 Jul 2024
Highest paying company out of my 5 internships
Intern, Philippines - 24 Jul 2024
The bonuses are relatively competitive, but as it stands, I have seen better numbers that were actually offered to me but waived due to personal reasons.
Graduate, Meycauayan - 23 Jul 2024
As this is my first job and company, I am somewhat unfamiliar with how to gauge my pay but one thing I can say is that, in the current state of the economy of the Philippines, I consider myself lucky to have the opportunity to work for Nestle Philippines, Inc and receive the benefits it gives to its employees.
Graduate, Makati City - 23 Jul 2024
As an intern, I cannot really ask for much. It was a great help in my position in life. Most interns on other companies do not even get paid
Intern, Makati City - 23 Jul 2024
The pay and bonuses are reasonable.
Graduate, Manila - 22 Jul 2024
I am still an intern but the allowance is very competitive compared to other companies
Intern, Makati City - 20 Jul 2024
As an Intern, our allowance is very competitive against other companies.
Intern, Makati City - 20 Jul 2024
Fair considering the rate is provincial. Bonuses are also justified.
Graduate, Meycauayan - 19 Jul 2024
I am not eligible for bonuses yet, but I am already satisfied from what I earn. It is enough to sustain myself and still have some left to support my family if I want.
Graduate, Bulacan - 19 Jul 2024
The salary is okay, but considering what we do, I think it is not enough.
Graduate, Manila - 17 Jul 2024
Comparing myself to my peers with similar positions, my pay is relatively low, but it is above the average.
Graduate, Meycauayan - 16 Jul 2024
As an intern, I would appreciate it if overtime was recognized and a transportation allowance was provided, as it costs me approximately 1,200 pesos per day to commute to and from the office.
Intern, Makati City - 10 Nov 2023
The pay for an intern is not enough given that we are living in the business-centric city of Metro Manila.
Intern, Makati - 10 Nov 2023
As an intern it's pretty low below minimum wage. Its just and internships though.
Intern, Makati - 10 Nov 2023
What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
In my department, the best perk is the free food during food tasting or facebook lives
Intern, Makati City - 20 Aug 2024
Free Goods.
9 years working, Philippines - 01 Aug 2024
The company offers a lot of benefits - but I most like the medical benefits such as the allowance for both medicine and check-ups/hospitalization. There are not much allowances given for transportation, dinner, etc.
Graduate, Makati City - 30 Jul 2024
Free Nestle products every now and then
Intern, Makati City - 26 Jul 2024
I have not yet experienced the perks since I'm only 5 months in the role but having a health card is the best perks so far.
Graduate, Makati City - 26 Jul 2024
Insurances and health benefits.
Graduate, Makati City - 25 Jul 2024
Free coffee, generous leave policies, free gym, free parking (early-birds), great cafeteria, staff shops
Intern, Philippines - 24 Jul 2024
I really enjoy the staffshop perks where we are allowed to spend 10,000 pesos on discounted Nestle products.
Graduate, Meycauayan - 23 Jul 2024
The best perk I can think of is the coverage of the health insurance. As someone who believes in filial piety, I would like to be able to help my parents in any concerns regarding their health. Having the health insurance of the company is a great benefit for me.
Graduate, Makati City - 23 Jul 2024
Amount of credit for Nestle products, christmas gifts/perks, and shuttle services.
Graduate, Manila - 22 Jul 2024
Honestly, the perks I get as an intern comes directly from my team, e.g., free meals, free goodies, etc.
Intern, Makati City - 20 Jul 2024
As an FMCG company, we are offered discounts on the company's items. We also have access to more discounts and promos.
Graduate, Meycauayan - 19 Jul 2024
Maybe the most unusual perk we have is: COFFEE. There is a whole lot of coffee choices in the pantry. Also, we have access to cheaper Nestle products for our personal use.
Graduate, Bulacan - 19 Jul 2024
Medical benefits is a plus.
Graduate, Manila - 17 Jul 2024
We get to take part in frequent social events within the company, and we get free Nestle drinks for as long as we have our own mug.
Graduate, Meycauayan - 16 Jul 2024
Though I haven't been with the company long, I've enjoyed the free lunches that have been provided on two occasions.
Intern, Makati City - 10 Nov 2023
Not much perks as an intern.
Intern, Makati - 10 Nov 2023
I think the best perk so far is the free coffee. This helps me set a productive mood for myself and lets me focus and work effectively and efficiently.
Intern, Makati City - 09 Nov 2023
