Salary at Nestle Philippines

Almost nothing is saved from my allowance as transportation and food is quite expensive. Especially during the weeks where I can't work remotely as we have onsite events/agendas

I am fine with whatever the setup is now, but there will be another way to incentivize the employee, it will not only boost the morale of the people but will be motivated to do more in their role.

Highest paying company out of my 5 internships

The bonuses are relatively competitive, but as it stands, I have seen better numbers that were actually offered to me but waived due to personal reasons.

As this is my first job and company, I am somewhat unfamiliar with how to gauge my pay but one thing I can say is that, in the current state of the economy of the Philippines, I consider myself lucky to have the opportunity to work for Nestle Philippines, Inc and receive the benefits it gives to its employees.

As an intern, I cannot really ask for much. It was a great help in my position in life. Most interns on other companies do not even get paid

Fair considering the rate is provincial. Bonuses are also justified.

As an intern, I would appreciate it if overtime was recognized and a transportation allowance was provided, as it costs me approximately 1,200 pesos per day to commute to and from the office.

The pay for an intern is not enough given that we are living in the business-centric city of Metro Manila.

As an intern it's pretty low below minimum wage. Its just and internships though.

The company offers a lot of benefits - but I most like the medical benefits such as the allowance for both medicine and check-ups/hospitalization. There are not much allowances given for transportation, dinner, etc.

I have not yet experienced the perks since I'm only 5 months in the role but having a health card is the best perks so far.

I really enjoy the staffshop perks where we are allowed to spend 10,000 pesos on discounted Nestle products.

The best perk I can think of is the coverage of the health insurance. As someone who believes in filial piety, I would like to be able to help my parents in any concerns regarding their health. Having the health insurance of the company is a great benefit for me.

Amount of credit for Nestle products, christmas gifts/perks, and shuttle services.

Honestly, the perks I get as an intern comes directly from my team, e.g., free meals, free goodies, etc.

As an FMCG company, we are offered discounts on the company's items. We also have access to more discounts and promos.

Maybe the most unusual perk we have is: COFFEE. There is a whole lot of coffee choices in the pantry. Also, we have access to cheaper Nestle products for our personal use.

Medical benefits is a plus.

We get to take part in frequent social events within the company, and we get free Nestle drinks for as long as we have our own mug.

Though I haven't been with the company long, I've enjoyed the free lunches that have been provided on two occasions.

Not much perks as an intern.

I think the best perk so far is the free coffee. This helps me set a productive mood for myself and lets me focus and work effectively and efficiently.
