Sustainability at Nestle Philippines

I can observe it by the way they segregate the trashes which I think is great in being able to use the recyclables.

We try to always make sure that our business will also be impactful in the environment in good ways.

A lot of distribution centers have already eliminated the use of stretch-film, and we have partnered already with several NGOs for proper waste-management.

I like the company's commitment to reducing its carbon footprint by closing the air conditioners from Fridays to Sundays. This gives the environment less to compensate for.

They usually initiate a lot of sustainability efforts to reduce our impact/waste in our environment.

The company itself has an ambitious goal of being sustainable.

Aside from discouraging single-plastic use, Nestle as a company has moved forward in using sustainable packaging in our products.

I love this aspect with Nestle

I do not feel this too much; although, it is always emphasized that the core of the company is "Good Food, Good Life" and to "Be a Force for Good". I feel like they could help me take part in this even more, especially if they have other initiatives and advocacies.

From what I know they have projects related to sustainability such as recycling, ect.

Nestle Philippines, Inc. is a pioneer in the Sustainability field as evidenced by its recent award. After all, it is the 1st company to transition to paper straws. It is also very active with its plastic waste collection efforts and partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, barangays, and other stakeholders.

I am happy that I am able to learn about the company's sustainability efforts especially that I am in the Packaging Department. I am able to know the status at some point.
