Office & Workplace at Nestle Philippines

Office space and facility wise, I think Nestle MAO is very well structured. It was designed to allow employees to work efficiently. Location wise, it's great as it is in a safe place where the police keep guard. The dress code doesn't seem to be bad. It is just okay to me.

I am okay with the dress code but if there will be a day to wear more comfortable clothes such as t shirt would be a breather.

As Nestle has its own building, all facilities are equipped with top-notch facilities which highlight the comfort and safety of the employee.

I love everything about the company space and facilities. It is very clean and comfortable especially since every floor has its own pantry. Moreover, there's also a cafeteria that offers affordable food. We get to have free coffee everyday as well. Location is also very accessible since it's near powerplant mall.

The office needs a bit more updating especially on the Nutrition floor compared to other floors. The location is great considering that it's next to a mall. The canteen below also offers very affordable meals. Gym is also a great facility. Could use some other facilities as well.

Excellent and commendable facility, from the cafeteria, office space, and restrooms. The area makes us more productive in doing our work.

The office is very accessible and the facilities are employee-friendly. We are free to dressed smart-casually too.

It comes with great news that NBS has renovation plans happening soon as I believe some of the office space and facilities are outdated relative to the offices I have seen before. At the end of the day though, the work gets done. I have no problem with the dress code at all.

The office is always tidy and brightly lit. There are also rooms where you can have discussions with coworkers. I also appreciate having other spaces to work in other than my desk. Everyone is dressed in smart casual, usually wearing formal tops and sneakers.

The office of nestle is, in my opinion, is a great environment where it brings to together personal space and much more room for group settings. Enough rooms for any amount of number of people, from 1 to 15pax. It also has space for training rooms and workshops which is a great addition

Our office is a bit far from the city and a bit hard to reach for commuters. Our office space is clean, and we have a lot of accommodations for everyone. The dress code is more business casual, and they are very strict with the improper dress code.

I have no concerns with any of the facilities, amenities, and dress code at Nestle -- I think they all contribute to a better work environment for us.

Some stations have incomplete wires making it unable to use the monitor and some don't even have monitors. CRs continue to be unhygienic at times with dead cockroaches lying around for hours before being disposed of.

The company's office space is really conducive to being productive as it is well lit, comfortable, and open. The location is accessible either the person is coming from the city or the province, the frequency of transportation means is also good. When it comes to the facilities (gym, arena), although available, I feel they are rarely used by employees. The dress code is business casual.

Our company's office space is outstanding. You can wear clothes that you are comfortable in.

Facilities are not as well-maintained as the Makati Administrative Office, and it is not as clean and spacious. I also have trouble with the lighting and ambience sometimes because it feels dull or darker than what I would want. For the dress code, I see people who appear too casual.

The company facilities are complete and well-sanitized, to the extent that there is no need for us to go outside of the office for any necessities.

I highly recommend working at Nestle also because of its office space, location, and facilities. The company is near landmarks and establishments where we can relax during our lunch breaks and even after work hours. We wear business attire or business casual at work, and the cafeteria offers value for money meals.
