Your role

About you

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed High School and is currently enrolled in a college Internship Course.
  • Minimum of 400 internship hours as required by a university/ college recognized as an academe partner of Optum in the Philippines.
  • Must be in senior/graduating year in a college degree program related to Business, Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Industrial Engineering, and other related disciplines.
  • Able to render 100% of internship hours at any of the Optum recruitment centers in the Philippines.
  • Above average academic standing.
  • Not in any disciplinary proceeding or subjected to any disciplinary sanction/s by the school.
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication in English.

Training & development

Training (in both technical and soft skills) is offered face-to-face and via web conference. Computer-based training is also offered to all employees through a learning management system called LearnSource.
