Job Overview
As a recent graduate with a non-technical degree, you can join us as an Education Consultant or Functional Consultant. Our global graduate program prepares entry-level candidates for an exciting and rewarding career within Oracle NetSuite. All graduates will participate in an initial three to six-month enablement program focused on building product knowledge, consulting skills, and implementation proficiency through training and development before joining one of the two streams below. Responsibilities
- Educational Consultant – Engage with clients to understand business processes and assess learning needs to deliver tailored training to increase user acceptance of NetSuite.
- Functional Consultant – Identify business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality. Design business solutions using NetSuite functions and features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the graduating class of 2021 or 2022 only.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Psychology, Education, HR, or equivalent.
- Current students must complete study requirements prior to starting with Oracle.
- Excellent English communication (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Strong motivation to progress with a career in the IT industry within a consulting.
