Product Management Associate (HCM) - Oracle NetSuite Graduate Program (Jul 2024)

NetSuite has an exciting product management opportunity for a creative problem solver, and who is self-motivated, beginning their career in Product Management. Associate Product Manager will be responsible for supporting Senior Product Managers on the SuitePeople Workforce Management product.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Works with Senior Product Managers and engages in various aspects of product management such as discovery, requirements gathering, feature prioritization, and scrum ceremonies to develop an understanding of the product management role, processes, and procedures.
• May participate in multiple projects or engage with multiple development teams in an Agile environment for the purpose of learning.
• Collaborates and fosters relationships with other product managers, XD, engineering, or other stakeholders (sales, service, etc.) depending on their focus.
• Product Strategy/ Roadmap: Learns about roadmap processes.
• Product Discovery: Participates in discovery activities to understand customer needs.
• Product Definition: Learns to write user stories and backlogs for a team.
• Product Delivery: Understands agile practices and methods by engaging with various development teams and PM activities.
• Release Process:  Learns about the release process and activities including feature records, defect management, etc.
• Go to Market (GTM): Learns about GTM activities such as value proposition, release collateral, product training, etc., and helps senior PMs with specific GTM tasks.

What you'll bring

• 2024 Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology.
• Must be a self-motivated team player.
• Outside the box thinking and have a tech product building mindset.
• Ability to gather complex customer requirements and translate requirements into a detail plan for execution.
• Have excellent communication skills and a drive to learn.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and/or Figma a plus.
• Software related customer service experience is a bonus.
