The company embraces diversity and inclusion as we have employees all over the world. The company also has groups that celebrates women, LGBTQIA+, etc.

I have not seen many other races besides mine at work, there are women and some lgbtiqa+ members but they are few and far between.

I am a member of the LGBTIQA+ community and I never felt discriminated. Goes the same with other minorities/communities, I haven't seen any notable cases of discrimination or bias.

I find it odd that they only prefer hiring from schools such as De La Salle or Ateneo where students from these schools are known to be wealthy or come from a upper income class.
