What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
I am satisfied, the only problem is that it doesn't change if there are lesser employees so there will be more workloads.

The pay is highly competitive as well as the benefits
Graduate, Makati - 04 Sep 2024
Pay is okay/above average, although I can earn twice from other companies out there to what I am earning right now. However, as a fresh graduate, this company offers more opportunities for me.

Surprisingly good salary and benefits for a fresh grad job. I have the best benefits so far among my peers from college.

The pay is the only good thing about this company.

No annual increase is a drawback, but bonuses are generously given
Graduate, Makati - 08 Aug 2024
Compared to our on-shore counterparts, it's unsatisfactory given that we do the same amount of work and exert the same if not greater effort.
Graduate, Makati - 08 Aug 2024
Have received some performance bonuses but not yet seen a permanent increase
Graduate, Makati - 07 Aug 2024
Basic starting salary package is above average but cannot keep up with the rate of inflation due to salary growth being slow and uncertain. Bonuses exist but are lacking.
Graduate, Makati - 07 Aug 2024
We have an adequate pay but since we shifted to more return to office days, we spend more on transportation without any allowance given. Salary has not also increased for the whole 2 years I've been in the company. I have more tasks, skills and knowledge now but my salary is the same as when I was hired. As for bonuses, we only get a bonus once and it was only amounting to two months worth of salary

Pay is good. Few benefits; unused leave credits are not convertible to cash.
Graduate, Makati - 10 Nov 2023
ok
Graduate, Manila - 10 Nov 2023
Given the influx of the no. of cases I believe that we are need of a higher compensation. We would also appreciate if a bonus was in place.
Graduate, Makati - 06 Nov 2023
Bonuses are actually good. Base pay should be increased. At ?rst I thought that is enough for my job, but since I joined a large project, I believe that I deserve better pay parallel to the amount of work I do and the cost of living here in the Philippines.

Very uncommon for the philippines, but the health insurance is able to cover gender affirming care and psychiatric medication. I also appreciate the weekly reimbursed lunch for office workers, and monthly reimbursed internet bills for remote work employees.
