Essentials and comms training is okay. The IDT and Buddy Up needs to have more days.

2 months of training. From basics to in depth knowledge.

I pickup the skills and learning that I can used in my actual work.

i learned the product and the processes we do as a company. We learned before handling the product and I think I would have learned more if it was happening at the same time as soft of hands-on learning

The trainers/facilitators are very knowledgeable and accommodating with our questions and concerns.

We have subscription to Linkedin Learning, O'Reilly, Coursera, Oracle University wherein we can expand our skills on different area

Foundations training and LOB training. A bit fast-paced, but a great program to become familiar with the NetSuite platform.

There is a clear onboarding plan depending on the department.

Everythink is well-planned. The resources are provided and the people around you readily helps to answer queries.

The boot camp pushed the limits of myself and my colleagues and they made sure that the program they presented to us would be of use to our future projects and endeavors once we were hired.

As mentioned earlier, I am handling cases that are not included in my scope, as such, I have been made to train in those other lines of business. Up to this point, I still don't see the point of having me train in the other lines of business wherein there are other people who are supposed to handle that role. The training was ineffective also as I am still struggling when I am faced with concerns regarding them.

In NetSuite, training is mostly self-study and self-paced

It was nice. We trained with the on-shore consultants. It was fast paces but it was manageable.

Trained with a few weeks of specialized all-day courses on proprietary technology, then watching videos about our specific product, then zoom calls with our counterpart team in India to discuss individual components, then assignments in gradually increasing severity or complexity. It was always easy to ask for help in regular consultations with the India team.

It helped me get an understanding and prepares me for the work I am about to do.

The idea of a "buddy program" was really helpful during the training period as I had someone to mentor me and guide me along the way

Training & overall experience is lacking, not the PH team's fault though. Many processes are complicated and prone to failure, documentation isn't great, it can be hard to ask about questions since most knowledgeable people are in India or the US. As for skills - maybe patience, focus, and attention to work. It takes a long time to do very little things, so you have to make sure you know exactly what you're doing so you don't waste time. I've also done a lot of communication; I probably improved there as well

Very hands-on! Employees will not be deployed into the job without proper training (for both hard and soft skills).

I appreciate the training and the trainers, they were accommodating and had room To be wrong and improve.
