Working Hours at Oracle Philippines

I am satisfied with my work hours. The only problem is that if there are lesser employees working, there are more workloads and 8 hours is not enough everyday.

work 8 hours a day. Clock-in/Clock-out required, but hybrid setup.

We are encouraged to only work within our scheduled work hours, but we can always offset the hours in case something comes up or if people generally work better later in the day than earlier.

The usual 8:00am to 5:00pm is my work hours, but you can opt to choose any schedules (8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm). It is flexible in way that you can leave the office early as long as you accomplish all your task for the day

9 hours with flexible breaks depending on the agenda for the day. 1 hour break is mandatory.

Since we are output-based, there are only core hours every day wherein we need to be accessible or reachable by the team. Outside those core hours, it's up to us how we will be managing our time. No one is monitoring every log-ins and log-outs of each employee.

8 hours is enough for a work-day because it encompasses all the things you need to do at work.

They are extremely strict. Even if I time in early, I still have to time out late. My role requires me to time in before 8:00 and time out after 5:00, so I time in at around 7:45 or 7:50, but I am not allowed to time out at around 4:45, even if I have already completed the required 8 hour work day.

Very flexible indeed, we are able to go out at any time as long as we finish our 8 hours shift within the day.

It's just me, I pressure myself so I spend time doing tasks even outside of working hours.

Normal office hours are 7am to 4pm, but due to my team assignment, I can fully work from home 11am to 8pm

I am able to work during the hours I want to. I rarely render overtime during work.

Oracle is very ?exible. I can come in an hour early and leave an hour early - helps me skip rush hour tra?c - and the 1 day work from home really helps

As a new hire we are required to be onsite twice a week. I was hoping to get this number once a week. In line with the work hours, the company is strict in the online time. Currently, I believe that the workload due to the in?ux of cases the previous weeks does not justify the paid work hours we are supposed to do the job.

I do spend a lot of time working sometimes as my current project has tight budgets and large requirements.
