Your role

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to all CRMs courteously and professionally within the desired SLA.
• Engage with colleagues and managers and be a team player.
• Complete a range of administrative duties as assigned by your manager.
• Take a proactive approach when seeking training and information.
• Send end-of-day reports to the supervisor.
• Attend team building days, team meetings, and performance reviews.
• Help with ad hoc tasks as needed.

About you

• Strong computer skills including data entry, email, spreadsheets, and databases; 50+ wpm.
• Adherence to confidentiality and nondisclosure requirements.
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and excellent communication skills are required.
• A positive demeanor and the ability to work well with others in providing excellent customer service are critical.
• Sense of ownership and urgency to support business and employee needs.
• Can work with minimal supervision in a hybrid setup.
