Your role

• To carry out various administrative support tasks relating to recruiting Tutors for the National Tutoring Program.
• Deal with routine inquiries regarding applications and the status of applications by phone and email. Liaise with internal customers regarding tutors.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all tutor vacancies – ensuring all compliance checks are complete all the way through to payroll.
• Manage the on-board process of all Tutors- including the maintenance of bank details, HMRC data, and personal information.
• Ensure details of new tutors are communicated to other relevant internal departments.
