Your role

• To manage the scheduling, resourcing, and organization of a suite of meetings & events whilst ensuring that training events are delivered on time and within budget.
• To liaise with suppliers and venue booking agencies ensuring we are achieving the best location and rates for training events.
• Ensure that events are managed/supported by staff that is trained & competent.
• To support innovation and change to improve the processes and add quality to the outcomes.
• Ensure MI is maintained and updated regularly.
• To make the best use is made of support staff and Pearson Associates resources to support the online standardization events.
• Ensure that training attendance targets are met by forecasted demands by proactively contacting delegates to confirm attendance.
• To answer customer queries within SLAs.
• Liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure that operational protocols are adhered to.
• To maintain MI to ensure visibility throughout the life cycle of events.

About you

• Educated to GCSE level minimum of English and Mathematics or equivalent.
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet).
• Ability to work in a team.
• Working in an office environment.
