Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support Workforce Assessment Administrators and Advisors in delivering HR operational services.
- Ensure effective delivery of HR Shared Services Center support, aligning with policies and KPIs.
- Manage and resolve queries in ServiceNow, ensuring timely case closure.
- Interact with employees and HR representatives to resolve cases and provide updates.
- Coordinate with third-party service administrators and adhere to data privacy regulations.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Enrollment in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining confidentiality.
- The target start date is in January 2025.
Compensation & Benefits
- Interns will receive 75% of the national minimum wage, with technology and equipment provided.
- The position is fully remote.
