Your role

As a Service Delivery Assistant, you will manage various IT-related, assets, facilities, and housekeeping concerns of the site. The assistant is expected to collaborate with PMSPI’s employees, production team members, and vendors for support on their concerns including but not limited to billings, payments, deliveries, rules implementation, and continuous improvement purposes. The administrator will report to the Service Deliver Senior Advisor/Manager.

About you

• Prior knowledge of working within an HR Operations / IT / Facilities is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Organized and ability to prioritize workload
• Ability to build relationships with overseas/remote and local teams
• Think critically, to recognize/anticipate a problem (technical, operational, process, organizational), and identify and implement the best solutions in a timely manner
• Microsoft tools knowledge would be beneficial
• Can collaborate
• Diligent in BAU processes and key deliverables
• Can work in a flexible schedule
• Perform other tasks as assigned
