Your role

• A Learning and Development Intern supports the Learning and Development Administrators, Analysts, and Developers to provide world-class HR operational and transactional services to the organization.
• The role will report to the Senior Digital Content Developer and will work closely with other Learning and Development Trainers and eLearning Developers.

About you

• Proficient in both oral and written communications
• Strong computer skills including data entry, spreadsheets, and email
• Knowledge of the use of Adobe Illustrator and Articulate 360 is a plus
• Adherence to confidentiality and nondisclosure requirements
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate time management in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• A positive demeanor and the ability to work well with others in providing excellent customer service are critical
• Sense of ownership and urgency to support business and employee needs
• Undivided time in terms of rendering internship with Pearson (no other commitments i.e. school works like a thesis or online/f2f classes that might hinder completion of deliverables mentioned above)
