Performs and administers recruitment activities such as coordinating interviews, generating contracts, candidate correspondence, and onboarding tasks
Responsible for daily recruitment service operations while adhering to policies and procedures and service level agreement (SLA).
Coordinate with candidates and/or recruiter for any recruitment related concerns seen through email or case management system
Amenable to be measured in different operational metrics, must be capable of meeting the prescribed threshold in performance scorecards.
Qualifications
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in a Shared Service Center is an advantage
HR process and policy knowledge regarding recruitment
Above average written and oral communication skills in English
Must be amenable to work in a day, mid, or night shift
Must have the ability to learn and use recruitment technologies (Applicant Tracking Systems, Excel, SharePoint, and other internet-based systems and tools).
