Job Purpose: To improve productivity in the branches and plant through conduct of time and motion study and workload analysis
Key Functions:
- Completion of Time and Motion Studies in branch and plant operations
- Completion of Workload Analysis for branch personnel
- Recommendation and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
- Preferably with 1–2-year application of Time and Motion Study and Method Engineering
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Work Location: Quezon Avenue, QC
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (mixed work from home and work on-site)

Pros
The best thing about working at our company is the strong sense of community and support.
We currently have a hybrid work arrangement, thanks to our considerate former Talent Acquisition Manager.
They assisted me during my internship by also allowing me to explore my skills and ideas.

Cons
One of the challenges can be the fast-paced nature of the work... it can be a bit overwhelming for those who prefer a slower pace.
Company's office still needs improvement. We still have limited workspace especially for interview purposes.
None. It is more on personal issue such as work location. I am from Bulacan and the office is located in Quezon City.
There are processes wherein we cannot control the duration or waiting time, especially when it comes to the availability of interviewers.
Though we have longer work hours, we have flexible work schedules that can be applied.
