As a recruiter, my role primarily revolves around identifying and attracting top talent to meet the company’s hiring needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include Job posting, sourcing candidates, and interviewing which I enjoy a lot.

I do some sit-in interviews and sourcing. I also attended some career fairs. Also, I made a talent pool containing the details of those who participated the career fair. I also answered some inquiries using the email of our company. I did some admin works by organizing excels, pubmats, and etc.

I am given the freedom to be more creative on my approach in addressing concerns and stakeholder's requirements. The company provides us the necessary tools and resources to be more effective on our job.

I am a Talent Acquisition Officer and I am in-charge of finding the right talents for the company. Specifically, I handle corporate requisitions.
