Working Hours at Personal Collection Direct Selling

As an early bird, I prefer working as early as 7am which is nice about the company because we can start working at 7am.

In terms of work hours, I believe that, as an intern, I have different system when it comes to hours. But only minimal difference. For my safety, they refrain me from working overtime which I appreciate a lot.

Though we have longer work hours, we have flexible work schedules that can be applied. Avoiding the approach of reprimanding employees that commits tardiness in consideration to the traffic issues in the country.

We have a five workday schedule. There is flexibility as we can either start from 7 to 5, 7:30 to 5:30, 8 to 6, or 9 to 7. Depending still, on the approval of the immediate superior.
