  • Support the creation and release of communications, including but not limited to:
    • Google Workspace Change Management
    • Employee Calendar
    • Payroll Reminders

Policy Cascades 

  • Support the creation of policy cascade materials, coordination of cascade schedules, and consolidation of inquiries and concerns.
    • DA policy
    • Talent Mobility policy

Talent Management 

  • Administrative support for the following programs:
    • Org Structure review
    • Succession Planning
    • Top Talent Program for Comm Ops

Pros and cons of working at Personal Collection Direct Selling

Pros

  • The best thing about working at our company is the strong sense of community and support.

  • We currently have a hybrid work arrangement, thanks to our considerate former Talent Acquisition Manager.

  • They assisted me during my internship by also allowing me to explore my skills and ideas.

  • We have monthly complimentary products, hybrid setup, flexi time, life insurance, and a rice allowance.

  • The company promotes a culture of growth, collaboration, and respect, both in and out of the office.

Cons

    • One of the challenges can be the fast-paced nature of the work... it can be a bit overwhelming for those who prefer a slower pace.

    • Company's office still needs improvement. We still have limited workspace especially for interview purposes.

    • None. It is more on personal issue such as work location. I am from Bulacan and the office is located in Quezon City.

    • There are processes wherein we cannot control the duration or waiting time, especially when it comes to the availability of interviewers.

    • Though we have longer work hours, we have flexible work schedules that can be applied.
