Responsibilities:
- Design and implement consumer learning plans, covering qualitative and quantitative approaches that are aligned with business strategies.
- Coordinate the flawless and timely execution of studies with research vendors
- Represent in cross-functional project teams and help provide consumer learning plans and directions
- Effectively synthesize consumer learnings and data analytics to ensure that voice of the consumer is not just communicated but considered in business decisions
- Lead the data analytics (e.g. diagnostic, prescriptive analytics) in assigned projects, which also involve data cleansing, transformation and validation to ensure data quality and reliability
- Provide support in the establishment of data analytics
- Drive efficiencies in processes via improving existing or creating new solutions (e.g. dashboards, templates)
- Proactively seek and identify analytics tools to explore
- Support the establishment of a data-centric culture in the organization
- Other projects that maybe assigned by the manager

The best thing about working at our company is the strong sense of community and support.
We currently have a hybrid work arrangement, thanks to our considerate former Talent Acquisition Manager.
They assisted me during my internship by also allowing me to explore my skills and ideas.

Cons
One of the challenges can be the fast-paced nature of the work... it can be a bit overwhelming for those who prefer a slower pace.
Company's office still needs improvement. We still have limited workspace especially for interview purposes.
None. It is more on personal issue such as work location. I am from Bulacan and the office is located in Quezon City.
There are processes wherein we cannot control the duration or waiting time, especially when it comes to the availability of interviewers.
Though we have longer work hours, we have flexible work schedules that can be applied.
