Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO, managing a wide range of tasks to ensure efficient business operations. This role involves coordinating management concerns, facilitating communication between departments and branches, and supporting the CEO in both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, emails, and phone calls, and assisting with correspondence and document preparation.
Management Coordination
Act as a liaison between the CEO and management team. Ensure timely follow-up on management issues, projects, and meetings.
Branch and Department Communication
Facilitate communication and collaboration between the CEO, department heads, and branch locations. Ensure smooth flow of information and that important matters are addressed promptly.
Meeting and Event Coordination
Schedule and organize meetings, both internal and external, ensuring that all materials are prepared in advance and follow-up is completed. Arrange logistics for company events, conferences, and other gatherings as needed.
Document Management
Assist with drafting, editing, and organizing key documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Task and Project Management
Assist the CEO with tracking progress on various projects and initiatives. Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Confidentiality
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
