About Prosple
Prosple is dedicated to helping students everywhere get the best start to their careers. Our mission is to connect students with the best job opportunities and career resources. We achieve this through our curated job board where all jobs donโt require experience for you to apply. We also have a printed book, called the Top 100 Graduate Employersโ Guide, which is really helpful for students in their job search. We distribute this at university career fairs.
Role Overview
Prosple is looking for enthusiastic student ambassadors to represent us on campus and make a real impact! As a Campus Ambassador, youโll play a key role in supporting your peers with their careers and sharing valuable career resources, such as our job board website and the Top 100 Graduate Employersโ book.

Your Role:
- Attend university Career Fairs: Represent Prosple and promote our job search resources to fellow students.
- Distribute Books: Hand out our Top 100 Graduate Employersโ career guides to help students search for jobs.
- Gather Feedback: Collect insights from students and provide feedback to help us improve.
- Stakeholder management: Assist the university careers team in distributing the Top 100 Guide, building and maintaining a strong relationship with the university and Prosple
- Raise Awareness: Increase knowledge about Prospleโs offerings and how we can support career development.
- Report: Maintain an activity log and submit regular reports on your engagement and event participation.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled as a student.
- Friendly: You need to enjoy smiling and having a good time with your student peers as they try to figure out their first professional job!
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate peers.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage and organise campus activities and events effectively.
- Passion for Career Development: Genuine interest in helping fellow students with their career planning and job search.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using social media and other digital platforms to promote Prosple.

Pros
At Prosple, we are disruptors with a vision to help students find their dream job. It is both rewarding and challenging working for such an organisation, and seems to be a new innovation each week. Our organisational structure is quite flat, with each team member having a direct line to our Founders and Directors.
Having a high-performing team committed to our cause, with the freedom to do your best work without bureaucracy and people getting in your way.
Love that the ownership knows well where their priorities lie, that they don't succumb to the toxic "everything is a priority" trap that a huge majority of companies fall into. This has kept the company hyper focused, allowing it to achieve milestones one after the other, even amidst the pandemic. Also, borrowing from the book "Conscious Capitalism", Prosple has all the markings of a conscious company.
100% remote work, flexible working hours, easy to interact with leaders and owners, possibility to suggest features to the product, participate along with leaders in the decisions, work on a product that actually helps others.
Superb company culture. High standards. Responsive to their employees needs and gives high importance to open communication. Prosple has a heart for all its clients and its team.
Cons
There can be some late nights during peak seasons from increased workloads.
Very occasionally, the sheer pace of Prosple's progress and growth can be fatiguing. Which is actually a positive if you're in the right mindset and have the right skills and attitude to embrace it.
Due to the nature of work (100% remote), it is difficult to get to know everyone
Work life balance can be challenging when everyone is such a high performer and expectations are high
Sometimes I had a hard time on looking for resources to use to do my job.
