Prosple is diverse in every sense of the word. It has men and women from all over the world working together. It doesn't have any diversity quotas or otherwise. It tends to naturally be diverse by virtue of hiring worldwide, provided they're good at what they do and are passionate to be doing it.

Prosple's philosophy to hiring is, that is doesn't matter what your background is- or even where you are located. If you can do the role, you could be based in Nairobi, Manila, or Alice Springs. Typical barriers such as educational history are also not a key factor in the hiring process- helping to further make hiring more equitable.
