Application Process & Interviews at Prosple

I first went through an assessment. The instructions given were clear enough to get started with the problem. It was very challenging as it's my first time with webscraping but the good thing is with enough searches, I was able to find helpful videos to help me with the process.

First is you'll have a task then after an interview with the any of the directors.

The process at Prosple is quite long. It requires you to complete a number of talent trials before you can get an interview.

I basically just sent an overly-confident email to the managing director, which kicked off a short phone call interview. At the time I was applying for a marketing/ content position, so I was asked to provide a portfolio of work, then write an article on a topic of their choosing. Once I'd shown I was passably literate, I had two video interviews with the managing director, then the CEO.

Extremely thorough meeting all levels of the business

The process were quite short which was great. Two interviews: one with technical leader with more technical questions and the other with business focused more on the strategy side

Depends on the role. Generally: Online application > Talent Trial > Multiple interviews

It was awesome. No tech exams at all, which is rare in our field. Just casual getting to know each other meetings.

Depending on the role we're hiring for, typically it starts with a phone call to say hi, unscheduled. At least three interviews follow this, with 3 different founders/directors, all with different skills and backgrounds. After the third director's interview, we'll make a few calls to references. Then green light- welcome aboard!

As part of the recruitment process, you get to meet people from across your future team in a one-on-one situation - which does remove some of the stress. We also are big on case studies as part of the recruitment testing.

I was hired as a support consultant. You need to pass a test trial first and pass through a couple of interviews with team leaders/account managers. There's also a chance that a task will be given during an interview.

The most notable question is a solving problem with pipes. It was a hard solving question that took most of the time solving.

It was case study based. They gave me a logical problem and I had to solve it in the interview.

I honestly can't remember the first interview, but I remember this curveball management consulting question in the second about finding the most efficient route between several mines and a cargo ship. They were testing me on problem-solving and communication abilities.

Most of it was problem oriented, i.e. how would you handle this situation and walk through the rationale

Questions about my work experience, the kind of work I have done and also a small strategy challenge during the business interview.

Questions about previous role (including detailed questions on specific responsibilities and achievements), case study scenarios

My past experiences. My career and life goals. Questions that measure my attitude.

Please tell me about your performance metrics?

Can't remember exactly but it revolved around skills and work ethics I have.

Work on your critical-thinking skills, it will be something that you will use on the interviews as well on the job. You should also be open on trying new tools and acquiring new skills.

Just be themselves. You shouldn't need to prepare, just be honest with the interviewee and show them what you can do.

You need to show you're adaptable. Nobody at Prosple is just one thing. Demonstrate your eagerness to expand beyond your comfort zone, and cite previous instances of this in your life.

Be a student of your interests, if you interested in marketing understand marketing process, if your interested in sales you're understanding sales process.

Nothing specific. Just be yourself and don't be nervous, everyone is relaxed.

Show how you think differently & solve challenging problems

Do your best to understand what it is we do, and come prepared with good questions, and if you can, ideas on a new approach. We do a lot, and it's ever-growing, so you're not expected to know everything! But you're smart, right? Show the person you're talking with that you've thought about the role thoroughly in the context of what it is we are doing, and how you specifically will make it better.

Do you research. Try our virtual tools (e.g. virtual experiences) but bring your personality to the table. We are small team who value innovaters and those who want to make a difference.

Be yourself and have time to research the company you're applying for. Know the name, products, etc if possible.
