I first went through an assessment. The instructions given were clear enough to get started with the problem. It was very challenging as it's my first time with webscraping but the good thing is with enough searches, I was able to find helpful videos to help me with the process.

I basically just sent an overly-confident email to the managing director, which kicked off a short phone call interview. At the time I was applying for a marketing/ content position, so I was asked to provide a portfolio of work, then write an article on a topic of their choosing. Once I'd shown I was passably literate, I had two video interviews with the managing director, then the CEO.

Depending on the role we're hiring for, typically it starts with a phone call to say hi, unscheduled. At least three interviews follow this, with 3 different founders/directors, all with different skills and backgrounds. After the third director's interview, we'll make a few calls to references. Then green light- welcome aboard!
