Salary at Prosple

My pay is good. Just not sure about the bonuses as it was not explained to me during the interview nor on the contract.

They pay is actually great and they give bonuses at the end of the year.

Prosple pays well and offer performance based bonuses.

It's a small company in a competitive business. Being paid well is highly contingent on performance and initiative.

Very good, if you perform well you get paid well.

Playing the long game

I did take a minor paycut when I jumped onboard, but it was well worth it. The fluctuation of foreign exchange rates is quite a roller coaster at times though.

Whatever your driver/motivation is, the remuneration structure meets that need. Personally I am very happy. Performance = strong remuneration.

Annual trips up to a company property in the Blue Mountains are nice! I've always been sent gifts and cards over holiday periods too.

Best perk is complete freedom, I worked from Canggu for 4 months easily.

We don't tend to focus on material perks. A great workplace = great people.
